PLAYERS CODE OF CONDUCT

PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS, HAVE FUN

Coaches Code of Conduct for Moray Girls Football, Scotland

Players are the most important people in the sport. Playing for a team, and for the team to win, is the most fundamental part of the game. Fair play and respect for all others in the game is fundamentally important.

  1. Report to training sessions, matches and club activities at the specified times.

  2. Wear your club tracksuit when representing the club.

  3. Be smartly presented at all times when representing the club.

  4. Wear shin pads for training and games.

  5. Not to wear jewellery (including watches) at training or games.

  6. No mobile telephones at training or games unless stored in a safe place.

  7. Not use abusive or bad language.

  8. Respect the match officials, other players and coaches.

  9. At no time act in such a way as to bring the name of Moray Girls FC in disrepute.

  10. Notify the Club at least 24 hours prior to the activity if the Player is unavailable for selection.

  11. Provide 100% concentration, energy and dedication.

  12. Keep a positive and constructive attitude towards other players & team managers / coaches, at training and games.

  13. Maintain a lifestyle appropriate to development - with regards to diet and nutrition, rest and relaxation in accordance with the guidance given by Moray Girls FC.

  14. Know and abide by the laws, rules and spirit of the game, and the competition rules.
