DISCIPLINE,PREPARATION,PRESENTATION,ORGANISATION

The basic principles to provide a good Coaching Standard.

1. Always promote playing the game by the Laws of the Game (The Referee is always right) – Promote Fair Play.


2. Punctuality – Good time management – The Coach Sets the Standard.


3. Set a high level of discipline within the Squad at all times both on and off the field.


4. Manner – Always be; enthusiastic, positive, supportive and encouraging, honest and patient.


5. Prepare your Session – know what you are doing before you attend the session (Forward plan).


6. Equipment – always tidy – balls, bibs markers etc. kept in place (Prevents loss).
